Order Cancellation

• If you cancel your order before it ships, then you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.

Order Returns

 

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging, we do not accept products damaged, altered, worn, washed in any way!
• If the return is caused by the consumer, the fee payer should be responsible for the return shipping cost; the return of goods will not be charged separately to the consumer
• We do not accept products returned directly from you without our verification.
• Return shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.

 

If you want to return a product, you need to do the following:

1. Contact one of our customer service representatives by email or by calling us. Indicate the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
2. Place the item(s) in its original packaging and seal the package securely.
3. Drop the package off at your local post office. 
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
