We offer free shipping on orders over $39.99, for orders under $39.99 we charge a $9.99 delivery fee.

 

How long is the shipping time？

It takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order + 2-5 business days to ship. For older iPhone models, handmade takes 5-8 business days + 2-5 business days to ship.

 

What is it made of?

The odd artisan case is made of butterscotch adhesive, the overall texture is soft and medium hard, if you feel a little soft after receiving the goods, please do not press with your hands, which will lead to deformation, wait until the case is completely dry.

All Odd Artisan cases are 100% handmade.Handmade marks are unavoidable, please forgive me. Paint may fade, to protect and prolong the life of your case you can apply a thin coat of clear nail polish to the case.

 

What is the status of my order?

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package！

 

My tracking number is not working.

It can take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after receiving the initial shipment notification. If you are having problems with the tracking number you receive after 1-2 business days, please contact us via email for further assistance .
